We were immediately enamored with an earlier collection from 75-82 also released by France's Born Bad Records, but the latest takes the best parts from that comp and gives us 2 LPs worth of it and leaves us wanting more. Focusing on 82-84, the later work of Bebey was swimming in beautiful washes of Kalimba and his vocal stylings still touches on the intoxicating, slightly seductive Serge Gainsbourg-esque talk singing all the while patterns upon patterns sway underneath.
